يُغَطِّي هَذَانِ الدَّرْسَانِ اسْمَ الْفَاعِلِ، وَاسْمَ الْمَفْعُولِ، وَ (مَا) الْعَامِلَةَ عَمَلَ (لَيْسَ).
These lessons cover the active participle (Ism al-Fā’il), the passive participle (Ism al-Maf’ūl), and the "Mā" that functions like "Laysa".
يُصَاغُ مِنَ الْفِعْلِ الثُّلَاثِيِّ عَلَى وَزْنِ (فَاعِل)، وَمِنْ غَيْرِ الثُّلَاثِيِّ عَلَى وَزْنِ مُضَارِعِهِ مَعَ إِبْدَالِ حَرْفِ الْمُضَارَعَةِ مِيمًا مَضْمُومَةً وَكَسْرِ مَا قَبْلَ الْآخِرِ.
Derived from an active verb. It follows the pattern فَاعِل for triliteral verbs, and for others, it starts with مُـ and has a kasra on the penultimate letter.

Derived from a passive verb. It follows the pattern مَفْعُول for triliteral verbs, and for others, it starts with مُـ and has a fatha on the penultimate letter.
مَا: حَرْفُ نَفْيٍ يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَ (لَيْسَ)، فَيَرْفَعُ الِاسْمَ وَيَنْصِبُ الْخَبَرَ.
A negation particle that makes its subject nominative and its predicate accusative, just like لَيْسَ.
